Stephen Myers has been at the cutting-edge of information technology since the early 1980s, when “cutting-edge” meant you had an IBM desktop computer in your home.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Myers channeled his passion for computers into his own business at age 21, helping companies of all sizes leverage advancing technologies to maximize their operational efficiency, competitive position, and systems security. Since then, he has owned several companies specializing in managed IT services, programming, digital forensic examination, data encryption, data recovery, and systems automation in such diverse industries as engineering, legal counsel, property management, and aviation.

His expertise the ever-changing technology systems industry is represented by industry certifications from Novell, Linux, Cisco, Microsoft, Computer Forensics, as well as a Masters Degree from Unmanned Vehicle University in Arizona. He is also a commercially-rated IFR pilot. Angel Eyes UAV was also the first firm to pass the Space Florida Safety and Operations Process at Kennedy Space Center in February 2014.

Mr. Myers is widely respected as an expert in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology and as a business and community leader. Representing AUVSI, an international organization, he has been called upon to testify before the Florida State Legislature as an expert and advocate to help draft legislation for commercial Unmanned Aerial Vehicle training and certification requirements in Florida. He has a member of the Florida Research Consortium Board, a Trustee Member of Collier County Economic Development Council, a member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce 2004 Leadership Institute, and currently sits as a Board Member of AUVSI –FL Peninsula Chapter. He also enjoys serving as an Instructor for Junior Achievement.
